Landlord Electrical Certificates
If you are new to being a landlord or own multiple tenanted properties we have you covered, providing EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) throughout Surrey and Hampshire. It is a legal requirement to have a valid landlord electrical safety certificate in place for each rental property you own. This electrical safety certificate must be renewed every five years. As a landlord, it’s your responsibility to organise this.
Commercial Testing
We cover all aspects of commercial electrical testing including emergency light testing, fire alarm testing and electrical installation conditions reports. Our previous commercial testing experience includes schools, care homes, factories, shops and even prisons. All testing will come back with a comprehensive report and an action plan on how to improve your current electrical system.
Our Guarantee
All works carried out by UWATT Electrical will come with full electrical certification and building control notices if required. We keep all of our test certificates on file and we advise that you do the same if you are a property owner, landlord or even property manger.
